VISA Steel
VISA Steel is setting up a 1 million TPA integrated Special and Stainless Steel Plant and a 375 MW Captive Power Plant at Kalinganagar in Orissa. It is also commissioning a 2.5 million TPA Steel Plant and a 500 MW Captive Power Plant at Raigarh in Chhattisgarh. The Company plans backward integration into mining of iron ore, chrome ore and coal. VISA Steel is also setting up a Ferro Chrome Plant in Orissa through a joint venture with Baosteel of China.

VISA Resources is active in international trading, shipping and logistics of bulk industrial raw materials and products. The Company is active in the trading of energy products such as steam coal, coking coal and LAM coke; and minerals and metals such as iron ore, chrome ore, ferro chrome, pig iron, bauxite and alumina. VISA Resources has investments in mining assets and is also active in shipping and logistics.
